Morgan Reserve

Morgan Reserve is a 39-lot subdivision located along Hwy 96 in Northern Wake County just northeast of Rolesville. The development offers large lots ranging in size from 0.92 acres to 2.14 acres. This subdivision is located within the rapidly growing Wake Forest and Rolesville area with nearby access to schools, restaurants, and other local amenities.

The subdivision is large enough to provide a neighborhood atmosphere while enjoying the benefits of a somewhat rural setting. Located within Wake County (no city taxes), each home site will be served by an individual well and septic system. The subdivision is also located adjacent to a future 116 acre park called “The Farm” Park administered by the Town of Rolesville Parks & Recreation Department. This facility will include a combination of recreation facilities including baseball/softball, multi-purpose fields, indoor & outdoor event spaces, dog park, and agri-tourism area.

Morgan Development Company purchased the land in October 2023. The project began as an 80-acre tract of farmland and wooded area with beautiful rolling terrain. Land development activities will begin in early 2025 with homebuilding starting in Summer/Fall 2025. Drees Homes will be the builder within the community.
