The company was formed in 2016 and has established itself as a successful and respected residential land development firm in the Raleigh-Durham area of  central North Carolina. Our projects are commonly located within Wake County, Johnston County, and Harnett County which serve the rapidly growing Triangle region. Morgan Development Company is well-diversified, financially sound, and committed to creating value in our local communities.

Our specialty is low-density residential land development.

Our subdivisions and available properties offer premium home sites with large lot sizes in suburban areas. With lots ranging from 0.69 to 3+ acres in size, these projects are ideal for individuals and families who desire privacy, space, and independence when selecting a place to call home. Our communities are strategically located and convenient to good schools, shopping, and other amenities available in the Raleigh, NC area. Direct to Consumer Projects

Our Direct to Consumer projects provide finished lots which are sold directly to individuals and families. This allows buyers to purchase land from us and work with their own builder to create a custom-built home.

Other projects follow the traditional process of creating subdivisions where various builders purchase land, or large groups of lots from Morgan Development Company. These firms construct the residence and market the finished home (including the land) to individuals and families.

Residential Land Services

In addition to residential land development activities, we provide land clearing and mulching services for hire. This diversity and vertical integration allows us to serve and create premium home sites for individuals and families. We currently serve within these areas in North Carolina: Angier, Archer Lodge, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Lillington, McGee’s Crossroads, Wendell, and Willow Spring.
