Morgan Development Company was founded in 2016 and has become respected in the residential land development industry within the greater Raleigh area. The business is locally owned by Greg Morgan in Willow Spring, NC. We have a vested interest in creating desirable projects which add value and enhanced quality of life. This has earned the Triangle region as one of the best places to live.
Originally from Illinois, Greg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from Illinois State University. After graduation, Greg began his career with John Deere Company and moved to North Carolina in 2002. Greg attended North Carolina State University. He received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance in 2004.
Today, Greg Morgan has several diversified business interests including land development, John Deere equipment dealerships, row-crop farming operation, trucking business, trailer leasing, and real estate investments.
